Now that November 4th has come and gone it seems strange to watch TV without seeing one or the other president s’ candidates faces every few minutes. Thank goodness it’s all over, now it’s ‘time to relax and hopefully be able to begin to prepare for the fat little turkey and then the fat little man in the little red suit.

We certainly, wish our new president will have the wisdom and cooperation of everyone to enable him to find a way to turn the economic status around. So many people are really suffering both physically and emotionally. Just look around and you will see some very strange activity or verbal expressions made that are totally out of past characteristics. You can’t help but wonder what the underlying causes have brought about the sudden changes. Some of these changes are very degrading to the individual suddenly becoming a different person.

Crime is certainly on the rise. Last week I had a couple of strange incidents occur and one of my neighbors had someone attempt gaining entrance to their back yard by driving a car or pickup truck into their 6 foot chainlink fence, fortunately, their attempt was unsuccessful.

Our young soccer players are having a blast. Friday night was their first night playing under the lights and they certainly were excited. We will be taking a break for the holidays shortly as some of our coaches will be heading north for a well deserved break.

Until next week, stay alert and stay safe.
